Each variety was carefully tested and selected for its outstanding color, texture, leaf size, and variety of intense flavors ranging from mild to pretty dang zippy.
One of the chefs we grow for calls this mix - Radish Blush...
and I think it's an absolutely perfect name!
It's interesting to me that each of these varieties on its own is nowhere near as inviting and enjoyable as this unique blend.
